There are many subcontracting opportunities in the construction of this Project. Participation goals include at least 28% Minority Business Enterprises and at least 8% Women Business Enterprises. City of Chicago and Cook County M/WBE certifications are accepted. Local contractors are encouraged to register and prequalify. Due to the PLA, all subcontractors must be signatories to a union.
All subcontractors must be pre-qualified.
